100 mm VERTICAL BLINDS

The UNIFLEX vertical blinds consists of white powder coated 44mm width x 36mm height x1.16 mm thick Aluminium extrusion of weight 0.4 Kg/m thus to avoid extrusion bends. The above extrusion embeds the imported, self aligning POM runners with acrylic stem sliding over a 3way aluminium shaft.

The louver movement i.e. ,rotation is done with imported gear with US pat and closed plastic ball chain operation. The pulling operation is done with the braided nylon chord. The louvers are 100mm width coated synthetic fabric, which is washable and non-shrinkable and with a wide range of colours ,designs and material. The louvers are interconnected with imported synthetic white beaded plastic chain.

 The louver bottom weight is made up off galvanized iron with an average weight of 60 grams each & 1.8mm thick, The installation bracket is of 2.00mm thick galvanized L – bracket with 1.00 mm thick spring clip plate for easy installation and reinstallation.

WOODEN HORIZONTAL BLINDS-35 mm

 Uniflex 35mm wooden blinds are made of :
  • Top rail coated mild steel with primer coat, covered by same wood as valance.
  • Tilter – imported gear with cord pull for tilting.
  • Chord - coloured braided nylon chord.
  • String –coloured imported synthetic ladder string (or) tape ladder.

  • Louvers ( strips) – Imported wood of 35 mm width which is laminated.
  • Ladder string drum - metal for long durability in any conditions
  • Connecting rod between drums –glavinised D rod which avoids rusting of tilter rod.

  • Chord lock – metal with brass catcher with wooden tassel .
  • Bottom rail is made of the same thicker wood.

ROMAN BLINDS

Coated aluminium top channel 29mm x 35mm which embeds the roller mechanism with velcro stuck to the top and screwed at the edges for the fastening of the fabric.
The center connecting rod is of aluminium with size 5mm hexoganol/square.
The bottom weight aluminium bar is coated of size 25mm width and 3mm thick of approximate weight 0.2 kg/m.

The ribs are round aluminium bar is of 5mm dia of weight 0.212 kg/m.
The control unit consists of gear mechanism with spring tension with endless white ball chain of 2.5 m .
The chord used for connecting the fabric folds and the plastic rings from each rib are of non stretch variety.
Number of folds is maintained at 30 cm from rib to rib.
The fixing bracket are zinc plated spring and clip on mechanism.

FABRIC ROLLER BLINDS

 Uniflex roller blindsconsist of the following:
Fabric
The fabric shall be woven from polyester yarns and coated with coating. The coated fabric are without open factor shall be used in the interior for enhanced solar properties.
Blackout Fabric
The fabric shall be woven from 100% glass fibre or Polyester yarns and backed with a white colour acrylic or PVC coating. The acrylic or PVC coated fabric shall face the exterior for enhanced solar properties and the coloured side facing the interior. The fabric shall provide complete opacity with zero light transmittance and shall be flame retardant if required

Printed Fabric
The printed fabrics are generally 100 % polyester with a acrylic back coating which is in the blackout range.The printed fabrics with the visable range is also available.
Fabric Pipe
Extruded aluminium section with gruve and of size 32 mm with a.25mm wall thickness, anodized for corrosion resistance.

Clutch
Clutch shall operate by directionally with the use of an endless beaded chain. Mechanism shall be crash proof, prevent slippage and shall raise and lower smoothly to any desired height. Clutch shall never need adjustment.
Load Bar
Extruded aluminium flat tube with gruve on one sides for inserting fabric screen with spleen on one side and to insert weather strips for zero light penetration for blackout roller blinds.

Installation Brackets
Brackets shall be of atomized steel powder-coated to give superior finish. Bracket shall accommodate overhead, side or face mounting with clutch assembly on either end of the roller.

 Uniflex 25 mm deluxe horizontal venetian blinds specification is as follows:
  • Top rail and bottom rail - MRF coated mild steel of white colour with primer coat.
  • Tilter – imported acrylic gear tilt wand system for better closing.
  • Chord - White braided nylon chord.
  • Ladder string – pure white imported synthetic ladder string of 2.1mm pitch
  • Louvers ( strips) – Imported Aluminium magnesium alloy duly roller coated.
  • Ladder string drum - plastic for long durability in any conditions
  • Connecting rod between drums – m s glavanised D rod
  • Chord lock - imported acrylic locks
